Veltor Capital provides hands-on construction project management for residential projects across the French Riviera. Acting on behalf of property owners and investors, we coordinate the entire construction process — from initial feasibility and consultant appointments to contractor selection, site supervision, cost control and final handover. Our role is to protect the client’s interests, maintain control over quality, budgets and timelines, and ensure that every decision supports the project’s architectural and financial objectives.

Design & consultant coordination
We coordinate architects, engineers, technical consultants and local specialists throughout the design and approval process.
Tendering & contractor selection

We monitor budgets, commitments, variations and programme progress throughout the project.
Construction supervision
We provide regular site oversight, coordinate project participants and monitor execution, quality and compliance.
Completion & handover
